What Is Firewall and Network Protection?
Firewall and network protection controls what traffic can enter, leave and move around your business network. A properly configured business firewall blocks intrusions, filters threats and separates sensitive systems from everyday devices. What Does a Professional Firewall Deployment Involve?
It starts with design, not hardware. We map what your network needs to do: which services face the internet, who needs remote access, what traffic should never be possible. The firewall is then deployed with a rule set built from that design, where everything permitted has a reason and everything else is denied.
Secure remote access is configured properly, with VPN access tied to MFA and identity controls and monitored rather than left open on trust. Intrusion prevention and threat intelligence feeds are enabled and tuned, then the whole configuration is tested and documented before handover.
Ongoing management keeps it honest: rule changes are controlled and recorded, firmware and threat signatures stay current, and the configuration is periodically reviewed and optimised.
