How to request deletion of your data

If you want your personal data removed from NexusByte’s systems, you can request deletion at any time. We handle requests in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

How to submit a request

Send an email to us with the subject line Data deletion request and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Any other identifiers you used (e.g. name, phone) so we can locate your data

We will confirm receipt and process your request within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we must retain data for legal or legitimate business purposes.

If you signed in with Google

You can revoke NexusByte’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops further use of your Google profile for sign-in but does not automatically delete data we already hold. To have that data removed, please send a data deletion request using the email above.
